She has had professional experience and success in both the for-profit and non-profit business spaces and has worked to advocate for children and families, volunteered as a leader and fundraiser for schools focusing on movement literacy projects. She has also worked as a development director and a grant writer for 2 separate pediatric cancer foundations. Amy earned her US Soccer C license in September of 2023, along with a United Soccer Coaches of America Level 1 Futsal Diploma in 2017. She also received her Grass-Roots US Soccer D license in 2018 and it’s player development certification. This is an important distinction from other certifications, as it involved US Soccer’s emphasis on a youth soccer development framework using intentional free-play for children through the age of 13+.

Brooke Roney is a PE Teacher & Coach, and the co-founder of Futsoul. A native of Dallas, Texas, she grew up playing soccer for the D’Feeters ‘79, who finished 4th at the US Youth Soccer Nationals in 1996. She received a full scholarship to play at the University of Richmond in Richmond, VA, where she became a 3-time All-Conference Player, receiving NCAA All-American and Academic All-American honors in 2000. She continues to be the program’s all-time leader in goals and points and was inducted into the University of Richmond Hall of Fame in 2013. After graduating with a B.A. in Psychology, Brooke continued her education at the University of Virginia, receiving her Masters in Education in Sport & Exercise Psychology.

Paolo Costanzo is a Dallas native and has been a successful coach and owner of Precision Soccer Training (PST) in and around the Dallas area. Paolo has also lead the Jesuit Freshman team to winning seasons through a distinct philosophy and approach to soccer training. Paolo played soccer at St. Mary’s College in San Antonio, TX, then returned to UNT to finish his degree in Applied Behavioral Science. He has been a part of Jesuit’s philosophical approach that includes fun, soccer- specific, game-like practices that help with both physical and decision-making side of the game and are more consistent with the required training for the advanced levels of the game in general.

Daniela Hudson, born and raised in Colonia Valdense, Uruguay, she made her first journey to the United States as a high school senior. She was an exchange student in Chicago, Illinois. Upon graduation from high school, she received a full merit scholarship to play both soccer and tennis at Centenary College in Shreveport, Louisiana, earning a B.S. degree in Health and Exercise Science. Daniela moved to Dallas, Texas following her college graduation and has made her home here with her two children.
…An accomplished athlete, Daniela’s skill was recognized and admired on a national level. From 1998-2002, she played soccer for the Uruguayan Women’s National Team. In 2009, she played for the Uruguayan Women’s National Futsal Team (5 vs 5 soccer).
Daniela is also a physical educator, offering private lessons for children with special needs in a variety of movement related athletics and fitness. She is the founder and owner of Glide-2-Ride, that provides community centered individual and group bike lessons to children and individuals of any age that want to learn.
